Carp

Carp (also known as "karabalık" in Turkish) is one of the most common freshwater fish naturally found in inland waters across Turkey. While it is a beloved choice in some regions, its bony structure and distinct smell may not appeal to everyone. However, when prepared properly, it can be quite delicious.
